Liming wax

Wax for decorating open-pore wood, bringing out the veins with a superb white colour. Particularly suitable for oak, ash, beech, and chestnut wood.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Brush bare wood in the direction of the grain with a brass brush to open the pores.
• If necessary, for a better contrast of the ceruse effect, first tint the wood with a Fabel Stain.
• Then generously apply the Whitewashing wax in circular motions using the Fabel Cotton Wick.
• Depending on the desired effect, remove more or less white lead using a cotton wick soaked in a little colorless Fabel liquid antique wax.
• Leave to dry for about 2 hours then polish.
• For regular maintenance, use the Fabel liquid or colorless paste antique wax.
