Refractory cement

Refractory cement glue dazzling is based on inorganic materials. It fully cures in the mass and can resist temperatures up to 1500°C.
It is suitable for fixing cords (glass or ceramic fibers), bonding fiber products (rock wool, fiberglass, …), bonding sleeves, sleeves, and other refractory products, fixing refractory products to metal parts subjected to high temperatures.
Other possible applications: The assembly of refractory bricks in furnaces and heating appliances and the sealing of connections between exhaust pipe components.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Properly clean the supports (neither dusty nor greasy)
• Moisten porous substrates (bricks, etc.)
• Do not apply the mastic if the temperature is below +5°C or above +40°C.
• Apply the glue on the surface, in strips or dots and position the refractory material by crushing the glue.
• Maintain the assembly for a few moments, leave to dry for approximately 48 hours at room temperature.
• Gradually increase the temperature without putting the assembly in direct contact with the flame.
• The cleaning of the equipment is done with water (hot if possible).
