EcoVadis

At Chembo Bevil, we have been following a well-defined thread for many months. As a manufacturer of maintenance products, we decided to improve our own sustainability practices by establishing a CSR charter for our company.

The objective is to improve our performance for a sustainable economy.
In order to have a representative assessment of our efforts, we have decided to refer to EcoVadis which provides universal sustainability assessments for over 100,000 companies across 175 countries.

Various performances are taken into account :
environmental, social and ethical performance as well as responsible purchasing.

After an evaluation, we obtained a silver medal, which means that we are among the 25% of the companies rated best by EcoVadis.

All our indicators achieved a score above the average of the evaluated companies and more particularly our environmental performance which obtained a score defined as “advanced”. We now know where we need to improve in order to optimize our overall score in our next assessment.
